Bernard lives in Gwynedd and is a member of the Llanaelhaearn & Trefor Community Council. He works in Llandudno and previously spent 32 years in the Railway Industry. His interests include Horse Racing, Gardening and is a Chelsea supporter.
Bernard is the Deputy Chairman Political for North Wales Area and Chairman of the North West Wales Federation.
Recently Bernard was elected successfully as the Chairman of Welsh Conservative Party.
