Guto Bebb, Member of Parliament for Aberconwy, was delighted to receive a letter from Khaled Al Duwaisan, Kuwati ambassador to the UK.
On behalf of the State of Kuwait, Mr. Al Duwaisan congratulated Guto on his successful reelection to Parliament. He also took the opportunity to reassure Guto of his commitment to further strengthen the historic and strong relationship between Kuwait and the UK.
