Dillon is one of five community councillors for the Village Ward of Valley Community Council. Dillon comes from a working-class background on the Isle of Anglesey and works within the National Health Service (NHS). In his spare time Dillon enjoy's helping his local community and has volunteered for organisations such as his local Citizens Advice Bureau and helped out during the COVID-19 Vaccination Rollout as a Vaccinator. Dillon joined the Conservative Party in 2017 and describes himself as a One Nation Conservative, Dillon is currently the Young Conservatives Area Coordinator for the North Wales Area. Earlier this year Dillon was elected as the Social Media Officer of the North West Wales Conservative Federation and was Co-Opted on the North Wales Area Management Executive as the Social Media Officer.
